Granny’s Sweet Onion Casserole

INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg Jiffy mix
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 can cream corn
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
3 onions, sliced thin
1/4 to 1 cup shredded cheddar
DIRECTIONS:
Combine the Jiffy mix, oil, milk, and egg in a bowl and then pour into a greased pan. Then mix the cream corn, sour cream, and Miracle Whip and pour over cornbread mixture. Place the sliced onions on top of the corn mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
